1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Accolade Wines Ltd), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Email address and internet access are required.
3. Purchase is not required.
4. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 1 April 2025 to 23:59 on 30 April 2025. Any entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
5. To participate: During the Promotion Period, go to a participating outlet (see list at base of these terms and conditions). Scan the QR code on Jack Rabbit wine glass hanger to access the entry form and complete the entry form with your name and email address. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the prize draw.
6. Maximum one entry per person. Maximum one prize per person.
7. Prizes: There are 14 cash prizes, each payable to verified winner by BACS transfer. The prizes are split as follows:
   1. One prize of £1,000;
   2. Three prizes of £250;
   3. Ten prizes of £100.
8. The prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

11. Winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted under the supervision of an independent body within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. 14 winners and 20 reserves will be selected.
12. Winner notification: The provisional winners will be notified by email using the contact details associated with the relevant winning entry within 2 working days of winner selection. Provisional winners must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, and providing the details of a bank account in the United Kingdom to which the prize can be sent. At this point the winner will be confirmed. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and a reserve will be contacted in the same manner and with the same timeframe and verification requirements. If after approaching two reserves the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
13. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be paid into the relevant winner’s bank account within 28 days of winner confirmation.
14. Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion will be held under the terms of the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here. Your personal data will be used by the Promoter and its agents acting on their behalf only for the operation of this promotion. The Promoter is bound by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to prizes@winwithjackrabbitwine.co.uk with “personal data request” in the subject line. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, the auditing of the entries and the contacting of provisional winner(s) where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. If you are a winner we may supply your personal details to our third party fulfilment provider in order that they can deliver the prize. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period.
15. Privacy – winner details: The name and region of the winners will be available by sending an email to prizes@winwithjackrabbitwine.co.uk with “Jack Rabbit Spring 2025 Winners” in the subject header to arrive between 15 June and 15 July 2025. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any winner, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding the Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
17. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
18. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
19. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of: death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures (or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions.
21. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
23. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
24. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
